How does it work?

If your profile is what we are looking for, we will contact you for an initial telephone interview.

After this first positive contact, you will be invited to take part in individual interviews, at a location of your choice, with a member of the recruitment team, or an operational associate, and a manager. The aim is for each of us to confirm that your profile, your reasons for applying, and your career plan are suitable for the role that we have in mind for you.

An 18-month integration course Flêche

Joining a new company is an important step: it’s a new universe, with a history and a strong culture, as well as new ways of working. We are aware of this, and this is why a common integration programme is organised for all new employees. The aim: to support you during your first 18 months in our company.

In the three months following your arrival, a welcome seminar should help you to understand Sopra Steria Group as a whole.

After 18 to 24 months, you will be invited to a one-day workshop in a small group, during which you can exchange your views with members of Senior Management, and the Human Resources and Communication Departments.

At Sopra Banking Software, professional development draws on evaluation and career management processes. This annual process includes key moments to assess your well-being, you motivation and your skills etc. It also includes an integration follow-up interview, target and assignment reviews, annual appraisal interviews, HR committees, and feedback interviews. Every employee has a Proximity Manager who is their preferred contact. This Proximity Manager is responsible for providing you with guidance and support.
