The microfinance institution DAAM (formerly CFE) in Tunisia has recently completed the deployment of the latest version of SBS (ex-Sopra Banking Software)’s (SBS) SBP Core Amplitude solution. The go-live was successfully conducted at the beginning of March, marking the beginning of a new era for the microfinance institution. With this new solution, DAAM can now standardize and optimize all of its credit processes, thereby strengthening its operational efficiency and ability to serve its clientele more effectively.
